These film sealing device is used for closing heavy and duty bags. Thank’s to heating wire 4 mm wide, positioned on both jaws, it’s possible to seal any types of thermoplastic thickness bags. The sealing starts for a few seconds when the pedal is lowered and the sealing time can be regulated in according to the bag’s gouge. STP 400 can be suitable with bead heating band in order to achieve separation with a wider sealing seam.

Cushions pressed in PE hoses are sealed using this device and the excess film is simultaneously cut away. The filled bag is manually insered between the rails by the operator. The product is held in the left hand and the excess bag in held in the right hand. The sealing process is triggered when feeding the packed cushion against the back push-button with the back of the hand or via foot control. |
Small Packer TM are film sealing units, which are specially equipped with funnel and other accessories. The unit is prepared with a holding device to bring the unit in an inclined position. Furthermore a working table with a shifting square, a funnel holder, and the minimum of one funnel is required. The funnel has to be taken off, in order to pull the tubolar film over. Then the funnel is put in place on the suspension. The shifting
square is matched on the size needed for the goods that are to
be packed. The unit is now prepared for optimal usage. The goods to be packed are filled into the funnel and fall down on the shifting square. Now the sealing impulse is released and the package is separated from the remaining film tube. A possibility is to use more than just one funnel at a time in order to produce more than one package in one single working step. |

Table clamp impulse sealing device model HT developed in 6 lengths and 2 versions. The HT works away from the table and the sealing bars face towards the operator.
